    The best way to learn joomla is by hit and trial method.Install joomla on a local server and start experimenting and if you need some assistance, go to docs.joomla.org for documentation or you may ask it in the joomla community forum.

    Rockettheme.com has prebuilt templates. Their rocket launcher packages include the Joomla installer. It is really pretty easy. It helped me out big time.

    Buy a couple of joomla books (amazon will help you) - read and learn. Don't forget to create a live joomla-powered website and test it.

    first watch Joomla videos on youtube, then go to byethost and get free hosting, go to co.cc or cz.cc to get free domain, start > its simple. I learned like that.
