    Everytime you post a link to your website is "link development". Posting links will your keyphrases helps build search engine rankings.

    Try to build links with other sites that have the same market niche. What is your niche? Travel? Cars? It's hard to get links at first from top sites as mos want a PR2 or better. I will give link exchanges to others even if a PR 0 to help start them out . We all started someplace too.
