That's a good advice -- who could think of Search Engines transforming into something like college teachers punishing your content for bad writing and copy-paste or paraphrasing techniques. But that's the internet we have now with Google as head policeman
The answers are all good and most of them wanted to help you bad. =) Anyway, not to confuse you or anything, On page SEO is anything that you can do within a page or a post on your website that will optimize it for the search engines. Examples of these are (in human lingo. lol!) 1. make your keyword appear at least 1% to 2% of the time within your page or post. 2. Bold your keyword once within the post. 3. Underline your keyword once within the page or post. 4. Italize your article once within the post or page. 5. Make sure your keyword shows on the first sentence of the first paragraph, if it can't be helped just the first paragraph would do. 6. Make sure you have your keyword assigned a Heading 1 (it's the drop down on your visual editor) tag just once in your post. 7. Have your keyword assigned a heading 2 tag, again just once in your post or page. 8. If you have a heading 3 assigned for your keyword the better. 9. Use your keyword or LSI (you should research this acronym, it's important) on your images Alt tags. 10. As much as possible, use many LSI keywords all throughout your post or page. 11. Your pages meta description should also include your keyword or a variation of it. 12. The title of your page should also contain your keyword or a slight variation. 13. Make your permalink human friendly. And if it also has your keyword then good for you! Do all these and you just assured yourself of having a decently optimized page for SEO. Off page SEO is a totally different beast and it has nothing to do with what I just enumerated above.
all seo work should start from researching your targeted keywords via the google keyword planner also backlinks play a major part of the sites pages/posts priority
I would start with reading a few topics related to On-Page. Nobody can tell you WHAT to do in just a few sentences. On-Page SEO is harder to understand as it's different for every website and niche (I am talking about choosing the right keywords, the domain name, etc.)
When do SEO onpage, you should take notes some things: 1. Use some main tags (title tag, meta description tag, image tag, keyword tag) effectively. 2. Don't add many keywords to your content (otherwise your website will be easily punished by Google) 3. Write high quality content and remember that don't use duplicate content.
Only readable and quality content is not enough , you must know at least somewhat basic onpage and offpage seo ...In my opinion here is the site you can start better ..it's not one day process ..read -> apply-> analyze and this way you'll be master of this ....site seomoz.com seobook.com and searchenginejournal.com is good to learn seo
Content isn't enough, but it is a main part of onpage seo. That is a fact, and Google updates would make content more and more important. So talking about onpage seo isn't possible without content-management.
Yeah friend , i mean content is first and foremost ... Content is King ...and king is almighty ..but only king can not win a war ....On page seo like >>> Write content for user not for search engine >>>Unique and quality content is not an optional.... it's 100% necessary apart from this still you have to do a lot of thing >>>Include keyword in URL (like www.your.com/how-to-get-follower) >>>Include main keyword in title and meta >>>Include 2 to 3% (not enough )keyword in home page content is necessary >>>using H tag properly etc >>> Content length should be more than 600 word >>>Optimize image and alt etc helps a lots if used properly
I suggest you drop by at moz or searchengineland blog site. You'll get and learn a lot of information on SEO not only onpage but anything you need to know about seo.
