I want to sell a domain name. If a user agree with that and want to buy it what steps I should follow to easily transfer domain and get the transaction done for money without any complexity.

Which domain name registrars are you both using. The same one or different ones?

If your domain is a valuable one, then always use Escrow.com to do the transaction. There's a lot of scammers out there.

Be extreme careful about payment processing when you are trading domains.
Always try to use reputable brokerage/escrow services.unless its a too low amount to deal such !

Agreed. If the name is like $50ish bucks and you wouldn't "care" if was "stolen," I'd do Paypal/Moneybookers... if it's a valuable one go with Escrow.

It is easier/cheaper to change ownership at the same registrar then to transfer. So if your domain is at godaddy have your customer open a free godaddy account so you can push it to them. Transfering to a new registrar is a bit more involved and will have some extra fees attached (such as a mandatory year renewal at the new reg). Your customer can still do this themselves after if they want but you don't want to worry about it.

usually, all well-known registrar companies implement domain marketplaces into their web sites, so if a domain is sold, it is just pushed from one domain account to another one!

Agree with the above. But depending on the buyer, I would say up to $300 you could use Paypal if the buyer is reputable otherwise Escrow.com is the best option.

If its on Godaddy, best is to go through TDNAM.
I hope Godaddy is the safest and cheapest place for low amount transactions like under $500/+.
    Is it ?
