    Basically, I would like to invest 5 K in a project and expect to get the investment back plus a negotiable share of future profit. It need not be a big % figure.

    I would need to agree and feel that the idea is worth investing in.

    If i feel it will go no were than i will pass. THis does not mean that you cant make it work, it simply means i am not ready to invest.

    Let me know if you are working on something or would like to...

    I want to put an escalator to the top of Mount Everest.

    I understand that 5k may not be able to cover this - maybe we could do a cheaper version involving some ropes.

    I invest in the futures market. The emini S & P 500 to be exact. Cash on cash which I love. I am setting up a plan now to teach others about this investing strategy and how it can be very and I mean very lucrative. You can make money in an up, down, and sideways market if done correctly.
