Dude you should increase your diet, egg, Milk, Fruits, Meat, you just have to eat these things everyday only 3 or 4 month after some months you will definitely see the result
You should take proper rest. Rich food is another way to increase weight. But heavy weight is never good all time.
Ya, exercise, not cardio but resistence training (especially legs) will give you a ferocious appetite and just eat healthy, nutrtional good food. Eggs are cheap and high in protein. I would eat meat sparingly. Whole grains seem to give your body most of what it needs.
Increasing weight is a result of consuming more calories than what you spend. There are two ways you can achieve that (I have gained over 10kg in the last 2 years): 1) Eat more, with no regard to what you eat: you will get heavier, however it will be mostly fat which I don't think is what you are looking for. Not recommended! 2) Eat more (healthy), workout and rest: the combination of these 3 gives the best results. Have a healthy diet, where you eat enough to surpass your daily caloric needs. If you need 2500kcal eat 3000kcal. Workout, to enable muscle growth. And rest is very important! To sum up, working out "destroys your body", resting rebuilds it (stronger and better), and food is the fuel!
Hi Quikrinfo, You seem to be having the very best of a weight problem, don't you think? ;-) Everyone else, including myself, is desperately needing to go in the other direction. But, putting fun aside, I do understand your unique challenge. And cone to think of it, skymoney might have a very good solution. Now, what I do not know is "how long sustained and how expensive that solution will be." But It might not hurt to give it a try; that is, if you are not looking for a long turn weight gain solution. If you wish to gain weight in a healthy way ... i would recommend you to consume food products that are rich in protein . Dairy products are also quiet useful specially cheese & butter .

Junk food is just part of it. Eating late meals helps because as you sleep your body is resting and practically shut down (not digesting food), so you'll retain more of the food you've eaten as fat when it's consumed before sleeping vs. early/mid-day. Also, the higher your caloric intake, the better. Add in some transfats, complex carbs and you'll be stacked in no time.
it depends on what kinda weight u want. if you want 'fat weight' ,just eat much. if you want 'muscle weight', eat much and train hard. anyway , gaining weight and losing weight both need take time. wish u good luck.
you dont get much bothered about your weight,, you just check the nature of your weight change,, if it is continuously get down, you must consult with a doctor otherwise dont get upset about your weight. Just maintain your body healthy.
