I want to increase my SEO to be one of the top

    Start with this forum; use the search function and you'll find a lot of information to get started. Best thing to do is to learn as much about SEO by yourself first. I suggest that you learn the fundamentals of SEO before thinking of hiring and paying someone else to do it for you.

    If you give it time, you should be able to learn a good deal fairly quickly, and you'll then be able to do a lot of the basic SEO work on your website yourself.

    If you want to increase SEO then first step is make a good keyword list and discription for your site and insert that in meta tags in the header of your site.

    Then comes backlinks.Gain the most possible backlinks from dofollow blogs/forum signatures.They will help you to get great PR and thus better search position in search engines.

    Many more things, just make search in the forum and you will get some more points ...

    start by learning basic SEO, go and visit www.seomoz.org. read their beginner's guide :D

    You dont really have to pay anyone if you have to have unique content and good backlinks and then there are other things you want to read about keyword density and so on. What are your Keywords you are Targeting for?

    The reality is everyone wants to be on the top.

    And if you don't know how, your chances of making it happen are ... lets just say they are not good.

    The best place to start is by Reading the information provided directly by the search engines themselves. Once you know how the search engine works then you can start figuring out how to take your site up in the rankings.

    Lets say there are 100 people standing in line for Concert Tickets. And there you are just arriving to the line. How are you going to get to the front of the line?

    I have only been running my site live for 3 days and already am PR1 on google for certain searches, all done by myself with no need to pay anyone

    This forum is a great place to start. There are plenty of knowledgeable people here that can help you on your way. Just remember that SEO is a process. It will not happen over night. You have to massage the websites to get them to do what you want.
