    Hey, give me an example. I am having hard time to understand how it works.

    basically,
    one way is go to freebies section and trade for digg votes. You vote on theirs and they vote on yours. Sometimes to get more people you have to vote on a few to get one for you, but its a good clean way. There are many people that have been banned from digg because of wrongdoings
