I think your blog is great and have some useful information about the Google Adsence,but you should do a little bit change in your Header.

The contents are more informative and most of them are new to me.More than the template and layout the contents impressed me a lot.

Don't get all worried i just do and post this on every review site i do... anyways, I like it how its the facebook theme, but that is more in social related blogs. Not much content so i believe the site is fairly new. You definitely need to put more time into this blog and it could turn out to be something good, 7/10

Some points:

try use the "read more" thus giving your blog layout more space and keeping the reader engaged!

Play with the colors! "How to increase CTR on Adsense" would look good in the same color as the header...

Also see if you can fill those sidebars...
