I would not say that you register the domain with me but before you do that, just check the renewal rates because this is the place many people get trapped.

Often many companies do not disclose the renewal rates. Their registrations rates are less to convert it into sales but the renewal rates are high. The same goes for host who provide free domain.

you can register a domain, then you can register a web hosting. If you need php, you have to find linux hosting whereas if you need asp or asp.net then you have to find windows hosting.
If its a startup website, then you may find shared hosting suitable as it will be cheap.
