I want to hire someone

Okay, I want someone to do some work.

I'll give you an email address @mydomain.com and you will be in charge of emailing sites (or filling in contact forms), offering them link exchanges with the resource page on my site. You should only be emailing relevant sites, and the more you can email the better. I'll pay per successfull link exchange placed - let me know how much you want per link that you get me, there is no upper limit I want as many as I can get.

If you can do this well, I've got several more sites that you can continue to do this work on.

Payment by paypal only. I'd prefer people who can send out lots of mails and get me as many links as possible.
