I want to hire PHP Expert (Low Budget)

The problem is

1. Video Uploading function need to be fixed. User should be able to upload video in multiple formats and thumb nail should be created on the fly.

2. Search functionalities

3. Photo upload functions. When user upload image of large size, it should be optimized for the web and thumb nail and large view has to be created

4. Pagination

The above are the major things I can think of. We need to implement the above in the site.
This is a working site


Three important things are -

1. Video uploading functions is not working right
2. Image uploading is not working right. It takes long time for images to dispaly
3. Search functions.

 

No one will do that well for little money. It's quite a lot of code to write.
