I want to hire people who can send emails, simple task & well paid

Okay, lets see if I can hire some people here.

This is a simple job, you will need to be able to use an internet browser, an email client and be able to work on your own and research things a little.

I will provide you with a keyword or phrase, you should then go on Google and email websites relating to that phrase. Depending on the phrase I might say email the top 30-150 for example.

I am paying per lead - we will count a lead as an email reply. By email reply we mean anything of value. ie "can you send me more info" or "phone me to give me more information" counts as a lead - "remove me from your mailing list" or "no thanks" doesn't.

We are paying $10 per lead. Of course everyone will be able to work at different speeds. When me and my business partner done this ourselves to test how long it takes, we were averaging about 30-40 emails per hour.

I only have one person working on this right now, but he is working massive hours. I can handle a lot of leads so looking for more people

Thats 3400 emails, so between 85-113 hours in a week I don't expect anyone else to work that amount of time, as frankly its not sustainable for any longer than a week. But it does give us an excellent set of numbers to work out averages from.

He's generated 83 leads, which is $830.

Going on our estimates of 30-40 emails per hour:

Worst Case
He worked the full 113 hours. $830/113 = $7.35/hour

Best Case
He only worked 85 hours. $830/85 = $9.76/hour

Bear in mind these are my own estimates of time to send them. Maybe you can send them faster than me, I've no idea. I really don't think the other guy could have been at the Worst Case as it would be pretty much impossible for one person to do 16 hours a day, every day (unless he's a robot), so he must have been way way nearer (or better than) my best case above.

I am looking to spend $1000 and generate 100 new leads per week for the time being. Since its easier to manage 4 people generating 25 leads a week each than it is to manage 10 people generating 10 leads a week each, I'm looking for people willing to put in the work and generate a decent amount of leads. Of course I don't expect (or want) you to work 80hrs, but really I am only interested in people who can work 20+ hours per week.

To ensure this is ran as fairly as possible for both my company and the people emailing, this is how it will work:

You will be given an email address @companymail.com. This will be a pop/smtp one so you will need to use Thunderbird, Outlook or something similar - whatever one you are comfortable with and can work with fastest would make most sense.

Each day you will be given search phrases to work from. You will search on them and email people (or fill in contact forms). We will give you the email to send people so you don't need to have perfect English. Any replies will come back directly to your own email address. As soon as you get replies, they need to be forwarded to me. At the end of each day, however many valid ones you have forwarded me, I will pay you for by Paypal only. At a later point I can pay weekly by bank transfer but I think for both of us Paypal daily is a better option to begin.

I don't mind what time zone you are in, you can send them in the middle of the night UK time if you like. However, you do need to be available to check in a few times during UK business hours to forward on any replies.

Its essential that you have access to a PC/laptop at any time you need it, ie no family shared computer. You need to be able to install both Yahoo/MSN to stay in contact.

If you have any bad itraders or scamming history please don't bother contacting me! I'm looking for reliable people and will take into account length of time you have been a member, quality of your posts and itraders etc.
