I want to hire a "Ghost-Blogger"

    I have a popular webmaster site. I would like to start a blog dealing with SEO, PageRank, SEM, etc. I require that the blogger blog 3 times per week. This person will be pretty much the only contributor to the blog, so the postings must be of upmost quality.
