i sell php scripts so i want to offer no refund policy for those reasons i offer a demo file of the script so they can test it before they by it sell php scripts without serial numbers so it's easy to buy a product and make a copy of it and return the original and keep the copy is that ok?
I read "no-refund" policy. So you are saying that you do not have refund policy. For sure, 2CO will reject the application unless you have convincing use-case.
thank you bellc your answers helped me i have changed the refund policy i have re-applied to 2co hopefully they accept me this time reputation added
It depends on your business. If you are new, you should have refund policy to make the good well in the market. But, if you are papular seller in the Industry , then you can go with the no refund policy.
i changed my mind and i'll offer refund though i know some customers will buy the scripts and make a copy and use it and then they will claim they are not satisfied and ask for refund
I'd recommend trying to sneak that No-refund policy in after you've been in business for a bit. After you've built up some creditability and the company name.
It depends on the hosting company location and the local refund policy. It's 14 days in US and it's 7 days in my country. I'm not sure about digital products.
