    Your site is related about nail service which locate in CA USA.

    I'd recommend you to get the traffic from US and under Health or Fashion.

    The number of traffic is depend on your objective, the more the better but you should not spend more than your ROI.

    I would suggest to start of with about 10K visitors per month then increase if you see the return on your investment.
