Register with Sedo, you'll be able to get onboard. If the other companies aren't letting you onboard, then you don't meet their criteria. Either you don't have enough domains, or are not holding good enough names
I don't understand whom you are going to pay some money , as far I know there is no need to pay any parking services to park domain name, check out with sedo or similar site to park your domain name free of cost.
he's probably having problems with sedo because sedo doesn't accept users with FREE e-mail. you can register and you will be accepted with that e-mail.
The amount of scammers and fraudsters parking services get is also very high. I would be very wary of helping anyone get a parking account unless I knew them well.
