    Na sorry mate that is complete bullshit you cant convert fat into muscle.

    Lets say you weigh 147lb, you must eat no less than 147 Grams of protien per day plus a shit load of calories. That is enough to build a good body.

    1. Don't eat "everything" - it can make this process even harder ( to gain weight )
    2. Instead of eating everything, find a few products with protein & fat - eat them 5 times per day ..
    3. Do some workouts 3x per day ( repeat count is the key ) ..
    4. Try some supplements ( saw a lot of changes after using them ).

    Maybe helps to someone .. Every single word from my own experience :)

    You need to increase your weight by 10 kgs.
    For this you can do following:
    Join JIM for exercise,
    Eat Protins and Vitamins food, some fruits, bulk vegetables etc. daily which help to increase your weight.
