i have an easy solution for you! after you take your lunch, sleep for 2 hours, make it 3 hours if you have time! you will gain instant weight in 2 months of time! i have gained 12 KG in 2 months from this method, cheers!
I have this same problem. I eat McDonald's like 2-4 times a week and Dominos pizza around 2-3 times a week and I still can't gain any weight.
I wish I had that problem! I have not had any fast food 'besides Subway chicken breats w/o any sauce or mayo, even no cheese' in almost 2 years now. I eat very low calories, very healthy foods only. My 'bad' foods are peanuts and protein bars, yet I still don't have trouble gaining weight!
I can remember the exact moment my metabolism shifted. Up through my sophomore year in college, I could eat whatever I wanted (and did!) and still remained lean and fit. Then something changed during my junior year and without any change in my activity or food intake, my metabolism slowed because I started putting on weight easily. Had to adjust my diet from that point on.
I've just always had a slow metabolism, I eat 1/2 of what my sized should eat. One reason I firmly believe all cals are not created equal, real life experience I eat the wrong foods and I gain weight almost instantly...
Thanks for replying in the thread guys. I really really appreciate your help. So the summary is; Good Food+ Good Sleep+ Protien Shakes + Gym + McDonald/Burgers (sometimes) + Meat. Am I right?
I have seen Supersize Me and other tales on McDonald's and I don't really care. I like so little foods that for me I pretty much have to eat it or I'd starve. But I do agree that their hamburgers are often nasty.
That is if you want to gain weight but be unhealthy. Honestly you are lucky not cursed. Some of us barely eat but have a hard time losing weight. It sucks. I eat less than 1000 calories a day and exercise regularly and have went from 126kg to 112kg in about 5 months. I got a long way to go at that rate, trying to get down to around 80kg. Have you tried eating high carb foods like pasta and potatoes? Might help...
Instead of eating a lot of junk food, why not try eating a balanced diet, and doing regular exercise, that way you will become healthy, not fat.

That's way too low!! It will slow down your metabolism and make it harder to loss weight. 6 pound a month is kind of slow Protein!!!
I think eating bananas will help you gain weight. but for gaining fat you need eat lots of milk and milk products like cheese, yoghurt.
Personally, I think lifting weights and eating an extra amount of proteins (meats, seafood, eggs, etc) in addition to your normal diet is the best solution.. If you are skinny and eat too much, your metabolism will speed up even more.
Food that has lots of carbohydrates like rice and most of the cereals can make you gain weight.. try also to take some vitamins that can make you eat alot.
Beer will only make a person to bloat. To gain weight, one should be calorie conscious and also have protein diet.
Lift weights and eat more calories than is required to maintain your weigt. That will bulk you up a bit and gain you few extra pounds of muscle. Don't worry. You won't get bulky like a bodybuilder.
