Where are resources for buying cheap traffic since $3.99 to $5 here? I want to buy for boost my blog traffic.

For $5 or less amount, I don't think you can get traffic. But many days back I read someone is offering few thousands unique visitors for $3. I don't buy traffic. I just go to site that I think will give me some targeted traffic like social bookmarking or forums that is related to my site.
yes this is good tips, only traffic is not important for any sites it must be relevant to your site's theme other wise it will not worth any thing. visitor will close window if they will not find any thing related to their requirement.
If visitors visit a website but they find the information or theme not of any use they will obviously get of it and that kind of traffic will be useless for a site other than the traffic which finds relevancy in the site and probably convert into buyers. So going for targeted traffic which would help you is always a better option to go for other than buying useless traffic.
