I am an actuarial student, and working for a big auto/home insurance company. My work is mainly about pricing/research. I have some finance backgound, and hope to work in the finance field in the future,especially in the risk management. I have several questions about my career path 1)Is my work right now good for the change to ERM? 2)What is the key to be secesses in EMR? 3)How can I prepare myself very well before entering ERM field? 4)How many exams do I need to pass before finding a good position in ERM? Any suggestion is welcome.
