    There used to be numerous such sites but in truth there's no value in winning these awards or posting them on your site... most of them are more embarrassing than anything else.

    Yeah I find it kind of tacky too.

    Something more along the lines of being able to tell your clients you belong to the UKWDA or some such organisation is more impressive in my humble opinion :)

    The UKWDA---> The UK Web Design Association was established in 2001 to encourage and promote industry standards within the British web design and new media sector.

    Are there any similar associations for designers from different countries?
