I want to exchange my paypal dollars for Indian rupees

    I would like to exchange my $10 paypal funds for Indian Rupees.My exchange rate is Rs.40 per US Dollar.The money has to be transfered into my icici bank account.The person willing to make this transaction should have an iTrader count of 2 and above.
