You can find hundreds of data entry, Flash, photoshop etc jobs at freelance sites. Many freelance sites are free to join so you do not have to worry about any scams.
Thanks for your help. I got some jobs offer and I hope that I get the amount of money that I need. I got scammed 4 times ($300 not paid).but I'm learning to avoid scammers in the future. I will start working on the first of july.
This was the bit that leaped out at me. All the other skills you list are fairly common (around these parts, at least), but the ability to translate between two major languages should be capable of being leveraged. At the very least, I would guess that freelance translator jobs are going to pay a bit better than data entry.

Since you can write both French and English, here's another idea. Find an existing, well-read, niche blog, written in English, and volunteer to translate it in to French. You'd need to do a deal with the originator of the blog, agreeing a split of the additional adsense revenues you bring in, or whatever. Ideally it should be a blog with 2-3 short articles a day, so translation work doesn't become too onerous, but there's still plenty of fresh content. In terms of niche, ideally it should be something that *you're* interested in, or else the translation work will quickly become a chore. Ironically, technology blogs are probably not as good for this as other niches, since French-speaking people interested in technology have probably had to acquire a reasonable grasp of English anyway. Although there are some really bad/poor "making money on the internet" blogs out there, if you could find a good one, that might be a sensible niche to get in to. I'm guessing that French-speaking people, like most of the rest of humanity, are quite interested in making money. (I'm certainly not going to fall in the same trap as George W. Bush, who once famously declared that "The problem with the French is that there's no word in their language for entrepreneur.") The beauty of this is that you're not having to generate your own content. But equally, neither are you having to indulge in shady practices like article re-writing in order to avoid taking a Copyscape hit.
