I want to do some freelance work for getting a vB license 3.x is enough. Anyone help?

    I never have a try on vB forum software, and I want to build a forum with it now. It seems that there are some people who keep their expired vB license unused. Will I get a chance to own one vB license (3.x is enough) by doing some work for a friend, you? Thanks.
