    As above my motto, I want to design static HTML website that should look like dynamic so I can promote well on thousand keywords and get soon business, but website should look like attractive.

    Okay so can you please tell me the complete requirement. But i am suggest to make the site dynamic instead of static...

    How would a dynamic hurt your search rankings? Are you talking about the URL? I would suggest going with wordpress and using keyword rich permalinks.
