I want to design and implement Page Peel Ad - Please guide me

    I have never designed any Page Peel Ad and I don't know what size (width & height) is used to design those ads.

    Can anyone please guide me that

    1. What size I should set to design page peel ads?

    2. How can I implement that ad on any of my site?
