    Ahhh... it's already a WP site. Can you explain what you want exactly? I see nothing wrong with your current site. Keep in mind, changes to your site design can negatively impact your rankings. If you care about your traffic, don't just drastically redesign it.

    It's WordPress with a badly written theme.

    hunt around long enough and you'll find a theme that can be worked to look like that. Expect to pay money to get something written properly.

    There's bound to be plenty of people with sufficient experience. Movie sites are pretty common.

    What questions about the design is causing you problems?
    Is this your first WordPress template?
    Is this your first template?
    Will you be using it on your own site or selling it in a template marketplace?
