Hello My site was ranking no1 in Yahoo for Teenage love Advice. But now its not in top200 even . Why did this happen? Can it be because of link in linkleads.com?Plz help.

I think it is the reason coz even the site is having a grey bar(PR). So I would suggest you to stay out of it. I just want to ask you are you checking the sites whether they are penalized or not while accepting link requests?
Yeah I changed the background and table colours. Also edited the H1 tag and changed the font colours. But SEO and content is same. When can I expect to come back. I have been even removed from the index. But it shows backlinks in link command. And shows the other pages of the site in index. Boss fall of ranking will happen when u have changed content and if u changed color of content smiler to BG then its problem again. Don't do any activities which makes spider to feel as SPAM site and keyword stuffed content. Better avoid getting links from banned sites . That will do . Update site with better design else visitor will not stay for second.

Don't worry too much...also if your site is rather new, it's normal. Keep writing content and get backlinks and will come to normal in a few weeks.
It takes some time for the whole process to regain back to its normal state. All you need is patience

New sites have a New content Boost and they rank well in search results but only for few days. I suggest you get one way back links instead of reciprocal links. Also, choose a reliable host. Like hostgator.
Yahoo, and pretty much all of the search engines, give sites an initial boost in the SERPS which can last a couple of weeks or so. Concentrate on getting more links and you'll make your way back up.
