I want to create a small video website

    I want to create a small video website....

    I just want to be able to upload and delete my own videos....probably not more than 30 videos are going to be on the site....

    Is there an open source solution that I can take and modify to suit my needs?

    that is just for a template. I need a site that allows someone to upload and download video

    You'll need to hire a programmer to create this for you, or maybe you can purchase a youtube clone.
