I want to create a new FTP account with IP of the person... how?

    I want to create a new FTP account with IP of the person... how?

    Like i want to create a new ftp account in my server and want to include the IP of that user. So if someone else try to login beside him using his username/pass he wont be able to get in.

    I have Cpanel, if anything can be done in there

    This isn't possible for ftp. Though http is possible with such setting by using .htaccess files.

    Just make sure you're giving your password to the user whom you want to :)
