    Well most of those tools just suck. If you want to check a huge list of links for their pagerank then you have two ways. The first way needs a lot of time -> You have to run a one-after-the-other + delay check (If you get banned, let the script wait until you get unbanned). The second way is smarter -> Simply use some proxy servers for your checkings.

    I wrote myself a solution for that but if you are looking for something free -> No way. There is just no free way to do this.

    I have written a small freeware desktop application for Windows and Mac that will sit in your system tray and do bulk pagerank checking.

    There is a website where you can check the page rank of up to 50 websites at the time. It's called mass page rank. It does not detect fake page rank though so if someone is redirecting a domain you'll see the page rank of the redirected domain and not the real one.
