I want to cheap expired or renewalable domains with PR

How do I go about finding existing domains names with age and PR. Is there any software or site that offers these domain for purchase or bid to buy before they drop. I want to build a network of exact name high paying keyword domains. I would build the sites. Any suggestions or tips on how to obtain these domains.

Although a cheaper alternative would be to head to godaddy auctions, use scrapebox to check the PR of domains that are within the closeout area and get them from there.
