I want to change my adsense payee name.

I got an adsense check and another check is on the way?

If I change account name can't I deposit this both checks

Should I want to reissue checks?

Wait both the cheques to arrive before you do anything. Contact Google if it is urgent.

when you got your checks, then only you go to Asense and follow the Help screen instruction.
It will show you how to change it.
