I want to buy your website ASAP!

if your website is not a forum, blog, or video and fall in following niches:
- insurance
- adult
- health
- travel
- finance/real estate
[I will post more niches if any]

I recognize 2 types of websites:

1. Established, with PR, stable organic traffic - this site must be sold with domain included and so on

2. New websites, just made - no traffic, no PR - this type of sites doesn't require to be sold with domain included - I am interested look and feel and how in content will be added/updated. Also I have to be exclusive owner of the design - i.e. template must be yours and no one should have it.

Please do no post #1 type of website url in this thread - I will not buy it even it looks great and very cheap!!

Please PM price, urls, traffic info and other details.

p.s. if you are a webmaster who build websites, you may show mw your inventory, bu tI ma not willing to give the projects, I want to see what is already done so I can buy it ASAP.
