I assume that you got the (wrong) information from www.who.is , if not that is the first place i'd look.
look at the best domain registers and seach for that domain and look in the whois that they give.. maybe one of them arent updated. + maybe he moved ?

i did all but didnt got any result friends :-( can u tell me any online way to call ot that person cos if i call from my cell phone to hong kong then it wil chrage me alot
keep in mind domain names can get tricky, sometimes the person who purchases the domain puts down contact info that changes and if they are not eheavy they forget about it when the site goes down etc, and do not change their info
Why do you say its 'wrong info' in the WHOIS? Is it an invalid email address or postal address? Just because they didn't respond doesn't mean they didn't get it. The domain is registered at fabulous.com so its probably owned by someone who makes money off bulk domain parking.
