    I have image hosting ...
    My budget is 80 USD / month
    I need umlimited bandwith or more than 5000G / month
    1 G / 100 MB port !
    It can host adult content . ffmpeg installed ...
    Ram more than 6G
    Need admin panel that can easy to set website ....

    Your going to have to raise your budget a bit with those requirements. Our Atomic plans have 5TB of bandwidth for under $80/month, however we do not have that much RAM at that price point.
