with good traffic (original and not paid) and too revenue

the sites must not be down and should be workig at present condition and i will take all rights and licenses (in case there are any)

i follow a simple thumb rule which i learnt here on dp only

that a site = 2-3 months revenue

so plz dont offer me if you are not interested in selling your site at that price
