If you're getting hosting aswell, then most hosting sites will offer you a free domain in some packages

Can we transfer it after registration. Checked on their website, their option of renewing the domain after 1 year is more than $34, which is quite expensive option compared to other registrar. Whats the time frame or any hidden restrictions to transfer the domain name.
