I want to buy established websites

    Yeah, what the title says. :)

    I've been poking around looking for some established sites. I've not been as successful as I thought I would, so I thought I would have some sites come to me (hopefully).

    What I'm I looking for?

    1. Low maintenance sites with page rank and revenue. Pagerank will tell me that it's been around for several months or so (I'll know if you put a new site on a domain w/PR). Your revenue is anywhere from $10/mo to $300 or $400/mo and you're not looking for more than 10x net profit for sites on the higher end of that earning curve, although I may consider more than 10x for a site earning less than 300/400/mo. That should sort of tell you what my budget is.

    2. Niche blogs with page rank 3+ (preferably 4+). What do I mean by niche? A blog covering a broad topic with related categories. For example, a travel blog covering all aspects of travel would fit, but a travel blog only about travel to Smithville, North Dakota would NOT fit. Some topics: health, autos, tech, etc. If the blog's success is dependent on posting every day, or requires in depth knowledge, I'll probably pass. I MAY consider a general blog (all topics) with PR4+.

    3. Established niche directory. Least preference for this one. Real estate, business, etc. Not really looking for a general directory.

    No: Proxies, stand alone forums (unless they're 0 maintenance, which I might consider), general directories, hamster sites, or high maintenance sites.

    When in doubt, shoot me your site. The worst that can happen is we don't do business.
