    With Alertpay,you cannot buy domain and hosting because Every Domain registrar and Hosting company accept Paypal only :(

    Yeah i think you're right, i've never found using Alertpay
    Just find hosting that offer freedomain, to get low price find some coupon deal
    or you can try to close the hosting windows sometimes they offer more bonuses
