I want to buy a site for up to $40k

    Have you got one for me?

    It needs to be a rock-solid site, ie not relying on a single search term in search engines, 100% legal, and not something based on a current fad that is likely to fade away.

    It needs to be a good, long term viable business. I am only interested in big sites, earning $2k+ a month. I am willing to pay anything up to $40k for one site.

    Obviously for this type of money I'm going to require a lot of checks - both of actual ownership of the site, and of verification of stats/earnings. This will most likely include installing my statcounter on your site for at least a few days, and the earnings suitably checked out.

    I can meet anyone, anywhere in the world to deal face to face if required. If you have anything of interest to me, please pm the url, any stats you think are applicable, and the country you are in. Also, the site needs to be 6 months old as an absolute minimum.

    No problem, look forward to hearing about it. I've got the info ready for the medical stuff we spoke about.

    Also meant to say in the first post, I'm not looking for sites that make their cash solely from link sales - I dont see this being a long term business selling links for PR. Please, lets not have this thread turn into a debate about that, it is only my opinion and very well may be wrong. I've been wrong before, and I'll most likely be wrong again in the future :D
