First i suggest you to do a keyword research, then pick a targeting keyword which is catchy and short. Most probably that wont be available but you can try with little changes by adding additional words or your location.
You need to list down some of the good names you want to buy first, then check them to see if they're still available at Godaddy, Name, Namesilo, Dynadot,...If you see that name is still available, continue to buy at any registrar you want. It's simple.

actually this is not a good practice for choose a domain. you should research on it. find out some of your competitor do keyword research then choose the domain name. but my suggestion choose a brand able name because if you provide services then brand able name is the perfect choice.
You can any domain name but it should be relevant and unique to your Business.. first research for keywords for your business. and then from there you take high competitor keywords as Domain name avoid numbers, underscore etc.
