I want to buy a banner spot niche being cell phones

    Hi,

    I have this site right here: http://mobilecheapdeals.com

    I would like to buy ad space for a website that is on the niche of cell phones. I don't have a banner and willing to pay you a tad extra for the first month if you make the banner. I can only afford around $15-$20 per month to start off with. If I see sales profit because of the banner I'll gladly pay more.

    I would like it if the site only used white hat methods to promote. I pay via PayPal only.
