    8 times,, to 10 times monthly earnings is what a good adsense site will go for.

    And a site doing $240 every month with adsense is a good site.

    I cannot seem to send PM's for another 5 hours as I am a new member. Please PM me as I have a site that you may be interested in.
    Site currently makes $160/mth (last 12 months) but was previously making $400-$800 per month when I had time to manage the site and create content. I am looking to sell the site as I simply do not have the time to dedicate to maintaining and developing it and I am hoping to find someone who will be able to get it to its true potential. Your budget is a bit low for what I was looking for, but if you have the passion then we might be able to come to some kind of arrangement (i.e. profit share etc).
