Hello, Well there are several ways to go about it, and there are different ways to start it, it really depends on what all you are wanting to offer to your users. Are you wanting a strict information site? If that is the case then you can either have someone design you a simple xhtml/css site or find a nice template and just put your informationa nd your done (well marketing of course but that is beyond scope of this convo). Or you may be wanting a script to show various videos produces via serach function which would be requiring a database and script driven website. Or maybe you are wantinga nice content management system. I would really need more information about exactly what you are looking to acheive with your site before i could give you a nice full reposonse.
