www.southeasttexas.com I have only a little experience with php, css, html and the CMS Joomla. What is my best option? How much would it cost for somebody to build a website like this for me? I would like to do it myself since my funds are tight. Can somebody please point me in the right direction?
agforest... Checkout Drupal (http://www.drupal.org) for a project like that. It is a free open source program. I have been wanting to try it myself but do not have a website for something like that right now. I would be glad to help you out just to get the experience. Look at some of the websites that have been built with it..they are great.
