I want to build a property portal theme - help please, IDX, MLS??

    Hi all,

    I want to build a property portal website which allows real estate agents to register and upload their properties to the database.

    I've read about it - but keep hearing of IDX and MLS? What are they?

    Does anyone know of a nice responsive theme and how do I build one or what plugins do I need please?

    Something like this:
    http://wpcasa.com/theme/bayfront/

    Any help would be appreciated.

    I'm building this myself so budget is irrelevant. I'm just looking for information about how to do it and IDX, MLS etc please

    That are wordpress plugins. Do you want to try nulled scripts?
