I want to be web designer,please, advise me

What should be my first steps and what web sites should I see?

 

First step, think again.

If you are sure, w3schools.com is a great place to start.

 

start practising and making your own designs,
if you are just started then start working with photoshop, find tutorials of all basic design. its definately a long way to go for you.

I agree with cianuro w3schools.com is a great place to start with and you can find nearly anything there from html and css to php and ajax!
and other thing about is that you will learn it the right way and in w3c validated way!

 

Be original. Try to make something new, something to make you different between the rest.

 

If you are serious about becoming a web designer start at the bottom and work your way up. Don't try to do too many things at once. Take your time. A good place to start would be to take a course on basic HTML then work up from there.
