I want to be indexed :(

I have a newer site. Under two weeks. I get pretty good amounts of traffic. But besides being able to drive traffic to my website I am helpless as far as knowing how to get indexed. My site is guysplace.org Help is appreciated!

 

You can start building back links and try to find sites that have some PR. Once you are allowed you can post it on your signature here and that will get you indexed fast. You could also purchase a signature link on someone who has been here a while.

Just be patient and it will happen soon. Good Luck!

 

Backlinks+time=Indexed

 

Build backlinks, and wait you know its Way more hard to try "not to be" indexed than "to be indexed", no matter what you do google will catch your website and index it in the end

 

Thanks guys. If you google GuysPlace a lot of posts will come up on different forums. This is great! However I am trying to get guysplace.org to show up as a website on google. Not a forum post about it, but the actual site.

Backlinks is a must, but the first step is add your site to google.com/addurl and wait the googlebot come and crawl your site, prepare a sitemap to guide the bot to crawl the whole pages of your site, use dynamic content system to 'force' the bot come more often, and many more .. just stay on this forum for a while and you will see many other ways to raise your site popularity.

You don't need to, but it might help. Submitting a sitemap may help also..
But they key is TIME..

 

submit your site to the web directories, and start link building... Pls do this; your site will index soon...

you must build backlinks (buying links or making link exchange) to be indexed by google. when you have done this, G will fine you

Build as many links as possible either by posting in forums, buying links, or doing link exchanges. Also, it will help to submit a sitemap to google.

 

Did you register to yahoo+google's webmasters section?

 

Yes, you must build links. Post to directories, write articles and post to article sites, include your url in signatures when you post to forums, post to blogs. The search engines will visit. Doing nothing will not get you indexed quickly.
